Letter to American Airlines Baggage Services
American Airlines lost my bag (and Doug’s) on our flight down to Rio de Janeiro. At the airport in Rio, a baggage service representative told me I had a US$25 credit to buy toiletries and that it would be immediately refunded upon my return to DC. (more…)

Public Urination
It was 11:30 AM on a Sunday, and I was at my friend’s condo. I was a little groggy, having spent the night before drinking hard. Courtesy is Dead
There’s not enough courtesy in the world.
People cut in line, people change lanes right in front of you without signaling. People will walk in a mall or down a sidewalk in a long chain without even thinking for a moment that there might be someone behind them who wants to get past them. And if you really want to see people at their worst, work in retail. People are SELFISH. (more…)
